•  Border crossing will strictly depend on the border immigration department. Any rejection will not be under the host’s responsibility. 
• The guest should report one hour before the pickup point arrival & departure. 
• No food consumption is allowed without the driver’s permission in the coach. 
• Any Damages to the coach or any property assets (Including hotels) will be penalized. 
• Please note -applicable check-in and checkout timings at the hotel. 
• Full payment is mandatory for the confirmation. 
• Due to bad weather or new government rules, tours can’t be operated last-minute paid amount will not be refunded.
• Operators have the right to change or cut shot the itinerary due to less time availability. 
• In case a passenger is delayed to report in the reporting point payment will not be refunded. 
• If the passenger is a no-show paid amount will not be refunded.  The package price will be changed at any time.
•  If the package cannot be operated from the operator’s side full amount will be refunded.
• Arrival timing at the destination wiil be depending upon the border rush.
• Please double check the bus timing with the operator before leaving from dubai.
