• Please note that due to the group tour with multiple guests,delays and waiting will not be taken into consideration.
• Guests must arrive at the boarding at least one hour before thescheduled time.
• Border crossing is subject to the border immigration department'sstrict regulations. Any rejection will not be the host's responsibility.
• During wadi tours, we recommend that guests bring their swimming kit,sunscreen, waterproof carry bags, shoes, and water-wear sandals.
• No food consumption is allowed on the coach without the driver's permission.
• Individuals who are pregnant, have heart conditions, or are physically challenged are not allowed to swim or walk in wadi shab.
• Any damages to the coach or any property assets, including hotels, will be penalized.
• Any inappropriate behavior towards co-travelers, hotels, coaches,drivers, or tour managers will result in immediate action.
• Full payment is required for confirmation
• Supplementary food charges will be applicable if it is required for child, without bed & without seat.
• During the tour due to bad weather if operator cancelled any sightseeing tours will not be refunded
• Operators reserve the right to change or shorten the itinerary due to time constraints.
• If a passenger is delayed in reporting to the meeting point, the payment will not be refunded.
• If a passenger is a no-show, the paid amount will not be refunded.

The package price may change at any time.

• If the operator is unable to operate the package on last minute,the full will be refunded, excluding Oman visa fees.
• Visa for Oman included in the package it will be a visa on arrival. If the Oman immigration authority denies the visa, the tourist must return tothe UAE at their own expense. The tour package's paid amount will not be refunded.
• The possibility of dolphin watching during the speed boat tour depends on whether dolphins are spotted during the tour time.
• Offerd food will be limited menu.First dayduring the travel breakfast will be provided packed one and it will be a roll sandwich and lunch will be chicken or veg biriyani which is commonly accepted by diffrent nationalities.
• Second day packed lunch will be the same menu chicken biriyani or veg biriyani.
• Operators reserve the right to change or shorten the itinerary due to time constraints.

• Oman is a conservative Middle Eastern country, and therefore, a modest dress code is mandatory.
• Men are required to wear long pants, shirts or T-shirts, and avoid revealing clothing.
• Women should preferably wear loose clothing that covers their arms and shoulders at all times. During mosque visits, women must cover their hair.
• Swimming suits should be reserved for swimming pools and wadis only.
• Please be punctual during the tour.If you avoid the tour allocated timing the group will move to next destination without prior information and guest can be reach at the next destination with their own expenses.
• Seating selection on the coach will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternatively, if you desire a specific seat, it can be arranged for an additional charge.
