Delays and Waiting: Please note that due to the group tour with multiple guests, delays and waiting will not be taken into consideration.
Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at the boarding at least one hour before the scheduled time.
Border Crossing: Border crossing is subject to the border immigration department's strict regulations. Any rejection will not be the host's responsibility.
Food Consumption: No food consumption is allowed on the coach without the driver's permission.
Damages: Any damages to the coach or any property assets, including hotels, will be penalized.
Inappropriate Behaviour: Any inappropriate behaviour towards co-travelers, hotels, coaches, drivers, or tour managers will result in immediate action.
Hotel Check-in and Checkout: Please note the applicable check-in and checkout times at the hotel.
Payment: Full payment is required for confirmation.
Tour Cancellation: Tours cannot be operated at the last minute due to bad weather or new government rules, and the paid amount will not be refunded.
Itinerary Changes: Operators reserve the right to change or shorten the itinerary due to time constraints.
Delayed Passenger: If a passenger is delayed in reporting to the meeting point, the payment will not be refunded.
No-show Passenger: If a passenger is a no-show, the paid amount will not be refunded.
Package Price: The package price may change at any time.
Operator's Inability to Operate: If the operator is unable to operate the package, the full amount will be refunded, excluding Oman visa fees.
Oman Visa: Visa for Oman included in the package will be a visa on arrival. If the Oman immigration authority denies the visa, the tourist must return to the UAE at their own expense. The tour package's paid amount will not be refunded.
Dress Code in Oman: Oman is a conservative Middle Eastern country, and therefore, a modest dress code is advisable. Men are required to wear long pants, shirts or T-shirts, and avoid revealing clothing. Women should preferably wear loose clothing that covers their arms and shoulders. During mosque visits, women must cover their hair.
Safety Instructions in Salalah: Please note that during the Salalah tour, we are visiting mountains and waterfalls. Please obey the local rules and warning boards for your safety.
Room Allocation: Room allocation will be strictly depending on the tour manager. Accommodations will be providing in a 2-bedroom apartment. One bathroom will be attached, and the next one will be in the hall. If someone has a preference for an attached bathroom, an additional charge of AED 100 per night will be applicable.
Triple Sharing Room: For triple sharing room accommodation, an extra bed will be provided.
Bath Towels and Toiletries: Due to health measurements from the health authority, a few events, the hotel will not be providing bath towels and toiletries. It is advisable to bring them from the customer's side.
Salalah Weather Conditions: Waterfalls and a rainy climate will be experienced in Salalah only during the Monsoon (Khareef) season. We expect the Monsoon during our travel time.
Small Vans for Local Tours: For the local tours in Salalah, we will be using small vans because big vehicles will not be allowed in certain mountains and sightseeing places.
Seat Allocation: Seat allocation in the coach strictly depends on the tour manager. If any traveler has seat preferences in the coach from UAE to Salalah and local tours in Salalah, it will be subject to an additional charge.
Itinerary Changes: The tour manager has the complete right to shorten the itinerary or remove any sightseeing attractions from the tour due to rush, traffic, and climate issues.
