• Individuals who are pregnant, have heart conditions, or are physically challenged are not allowed to swim or walk in wadi shab.

• If the operator is unable to operate the package, the full amount will be refunded, excluding Oman visa fees.
• Visa for Oman included in the package will be a visa on arrival. If the Oman immigration authority denies the visa, the tourist must return to the UAE at their own expense. The tour package's paid amount will not be refunded.
• The possibility of dolphin watching during the speed boat tour depends on whether dolphins are spotted during the tour time.

• Oman is a conservative Middle Eastern country, and therefore, a modest dress code is mandatory.
• Men are required to wear long pants, shirts or T-shirts, and avoid revealing clothing.
• Women should preferably wear loose clothing that covers their arms and shoulders at all times. During mosque visits, women must cover their hair.
• Swimming suits should be reserved for swimming pools and wadis only.
